A BILL to amend article one, chapter forty-six-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section one hundred eight, relating to creating a two thousand dollar credit limit on state issued credit cards.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article one, chapter forty-six-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section one hundred eight, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 1.GENERAL PROVISIONS.
§46A-1-108. State issued credit card credit limits.

The maximum credit limit available for any credit card issued to a public employee through the state may not exceed two thousand dollars.


NOTE: This bill would create a two thousand dollar credit limit on state issued credit cards.
